1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the sereia.io website and/or using any of its features, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms as an indissociable part.

If you do not agree with any clause of these Terms, please do not use the site.

2. Who operates the site

The Sereia.io site is operated by:

  • 333 TURISMO LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ No. 58.464.065/0001-78, headquartered at Rua José Alves Morgado, 69, Apt 109, Cond Green Tower, Jatiúca, Maceió/AL, Brazil, ZIP 57.036-620, operating commercially under the Sereia.io brand.

3. Purpose and nature of the site

The Sereia.io site is an institutional website intended to:

  • Present Sereia.io, its brand, founders and operational model
  • Provide marketing and institutional positioning content
  • Receive commercial inquiries through the "Schedule" form
  • Provide legal information (Privacy Policy and these Terms)

The site does not directly sell products or services. Sereia.io services are contracted through a specific commercial process, formalized in proposal, NDA, pre-contract and services agreement.

4. "Schedule" form registration

The "Schedule" form on the homepage is intended exclusively for B2B professionals aged 18 or older representing hotel groups or companies in the hospitality industry.

By submitting the form, you declare that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract
  • You are authorized to represent the company indicated in the "Company / Group" field
  • The data provided is true, current and accurate
  • You have read and agree with the Privacy Policy

Sereia.io may, at its sole discretion, decline to respond to or discard contacts that do not meet the above criteria, without any liability.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the Sereia.io site — including, without limitation, texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, layouts, source code, scripts, slogans, taglines ("Revenue plug-in."), proprietary naming ("@minhasereia", "32-day Sprint", "M·V·RM engine") and any other intellectual property element — is exclusively owned by 333 Turismo Ltda or its licensors, protected by Brazilian intellectual property law (Law 9.279/96, Law 9.610/98, among others).

Without prior written authorization from Sereia.io, it is expressly prohibited:

  • To reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, transmit or commercially exploit any site content
  • To use the name, brand, logo or visual identity of Sereia.io for any purpose
  • To reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the site's source code
  • To use robots, scrapers or automated tools for mass content extraction

6. Permitted and prohibited use

Permitted use

  • Browsing the site for legitimate informational purposes
  • Sharing site links on social media, email or messaging
  • Submitting the "Schedule" form with truthful data for commercial contact
  • Quoting content excerpts with clear source attribution (sereia.io) for journalistic, academic or critical purposes

Prohibited use

  • Using the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or bad-faith purpose
  • Attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, accounts or networks
  • Performing attacks of any nature (DDoS, injection, brute-force, etc.)
  • Submitting false information or in the name of third parties
  • Using the form for spam, undue prospecting or unsolicited commercial offers
  • Uploading malicious content (viruses, malware, malicious scripts)
  • Violating any third-party right (intellectual property, privacy, honor)

Sereia.io reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and at any time, block access that violates these Terms and, where applicable, notify the competent authorities.

7. Limitation of liability

The Sereia.io site is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts to ensure availability, accuracy and security. However, Sereia.io does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted site availability (maintenance, provider failures, etc.)
  • Absence of errors, failures or inaccuracies in institutional content
  • Compatibility with all devices, browsers or configurations
  • That the site is free from viruses or other malicious components from third parties

Under no circumstances shall Sereia.io be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity or moral damages arising from the use of the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, as provided by applicable law.

8. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). Sereia.io does not control or take responsibility for the content, policies or practices of such external sites. Access to such sites is at your own risk.

9. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which fully complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

10. Changes to these Terms

Sereia.io may revise these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new version.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

The jurisdiction of Maceió/AL, Brazil is hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be, except as required by the Consumer Defense Code when applicable.
